Jason Olt serves as President of Bucksbaum Properties, LLC overseeing the company’s acquisition, leasing and management operations.  He is also responsible for the financial structuring of all company projects and is actively engaged in all phases of development including design, construction and operations.

Prior to BP, Jason worked for Behringer Harvard in the firm’s finance and capital markets group. During his tenure, Behringer Harvard grew from $140 million in real estate assets under management to over $6 billion under management. Jason’s work was critical to this growth as he negotiated over $600 million of unsecured corporate financing and facilitated the new origination/assumption of over $1.5 billion of transaction related CMBS debt. Additionally, Jason has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company and UBS Investment Bank.

Jason received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Professional affiliations include: the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center (UT REFIC).
