Noah Shaffer is responsible for all underwriting, financial analysis and investment diligence for Bucksbaum Properties, LLC. Additionally, he assists on all asset management, lease management and construction activities. Prior to joining Bucksbaum Properties, Noah worked at Hudson’s Bay Company on the corporate development team and was responsible for all M&A activities of their retail and real estate portfolio. He assisted on transactions totaling over $5 billion. Noah also worked at CSC Generation as an Investment Associate responsible for their retail M&A and operational activities. Noah received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University.
